With over 5 years of coaching and over 20 years of rich, international experience across education, logistics, and corporate travel through Europe and Canada, I bring a truly global perspective and a unique, people-centred approach to leadership and executive coaching. My journey — from Hungary to the UK, then Canada, and back to the UK again — has given me a deep appreciation for adaptability, growth mindset, and the power of human potential.
A former musician who performed in front of hundreds with an orchestra behind me, I learned discipline, teamwork, resilience and stage presence – qualities I now channel into every coaching engagement.

Having progressed from entry-level roles to senior leadership positions throughout my career, I understand firsthand the challenges and opportunities at every stage of a career.
My senior leadership, UK-wide HR operations and business partnering roles deepened my strategic insight into organisational dynamics and further enhanced the support I provide to coaching clients navigating change, leadership challenges, and personal growth.

As a certified, EMCC accredited executive coach at senior practitioner level, qualified at the highly regarded British School of Coaching, I support leaders and professionals through pivotal transitions — whether it's further enhancing emotional intelligence, overcoming confidence challenges like imposter syndrome, managing change, driving organisational success, stepping into senior roles or navigating international relocation.
I also help clients become more capable leaders – clarifying their leadership style and identity, navigating challenges and change, and enabling their teams through smart delegation and anticipation (managers manage; leaders anticipate). Together, we design strategies that align their focus and energy with what matters most. ​​​​
My clients have included Team Managers, Heads of Department, Strategic Leaders, and Finance Business Partners across diverse sectors: from professional services to education and commerce, all navigating life’s complex intersections of career and/or personal change.
As a coach, I lead with empathy and compassion, and I use storytelling to make complex ideas relatable and memorable. My natural curiosity and hunger for continuous learning keep sessions fresh and insightful. Years of globetrotting cultivated strong cultural and social intelligence, and my background in music instilled the persistence and collaboration required to stay fully in service of my clients. ​

I believe deeply in the potential of people, and coaching allows me to do what I love most: walk alongside others, see them grow, find confidence, and achieve their aspirations.

Outside of coaching, I’m a busy mum, a lifelong learner, and a nature enthusiast. From swimming and jogging through completing a roller-blade marathon, to once pitching on Dragon’s Den Canada, I love diving into new experiences and challenges that inspire growth and create meaningful memories.
